This page applies to ScribbleAlive (scribblealive.com), a service run from the Czech Republic. ScribbleAlive is the controller of your personal data. Contact: hello@scribblealive.com.

What we collect

• Your email address, to send you your results and the links to them.
• The photos of drawings you upload, the optional description and name, and the pictures, movies and 3D models we create from them.
• Payment details are handled by Stripe; we only receive confirmation of the payment, never your card details.

We don't create accounts, and we don't ask for your child's name, age or photo.

Why

Only to provide the service you bought: create the results, deliver them, and handle support and refunds. We never sell your data, never use your drawings for advertising and never use them to train AI models.

Who processes it for us

• Cloudflare: hosting and storage.
• Stripe: payments.
• fal.ai: generating the character pictures, movies and 3D models from your drawing.
• Resend: sending emails.

How long we keep it

Your drawings and results stay available on your private link so you can download them again. Email us and we'll delete your order and everything in it at any time.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, and complain to a data protection authority (in the Czech Republic: ÚOOU). Just email us.
