Gift questions
How does the gift work?
You choose a plan, write a message and pick when it should arrive. On that day we email the family a private link. They snap photos of their kids' drawings, and each one becomes a character from an animated film, a short movie and a 3D model.
Can I send it on Christmas morning?
Yes. Choose "On a date" at checkout, and we email them that morning. You get a confirmation right after paying.
Do they need an app or an account?
No. Everything happens on the private link in the email, on a phone or a computer.
What if they don't use all the drawings right away?
No rush. They can add drawings whenever their kids draw something new, one at a time.
What if they lose the email?
They can get the link again under "Lost your link?" at the bottom of our site, with their email address.
